Sohland Castle near Wilthen, built in 1747, is surrounded by a beautiful castle park. Over the past centuries, it passed through the hands of: Fam. Beschwitz, Fam. Gersdorff (also at home in neighboring Taubenheim), Fam. Jornitz and Fam. Uechtritz. Most recently it served as an Evangelical Specialist Clinic. Today it stands empty.
