Tretzendorf Castle

Tretzendorf Castle, constructed from sandstone, now serves as the town hall. It features a mansard hip roof and a portal adorned with a coat of arms.
History+
Tretzendorf Castle was built between 1768 and 1772 as a knight's seat. Prior to this, it functioned as a forester's lodge. An adjacent park features a pond, which marks the site of a former medieval motte-and-bailey castle.
