Vollrathsruhe Castle
The estate was built in 1759 by Vollrath Levin II. Moltzan. From 1828-1851, the estate was owned by the Heise-Rothenburg family. After this, Karl von Maltzan bought it back. His son sold the estate in 1876 to the Tiele-Winckler family, who held it until the expropriation in 1945.
In 1917, the previous building burned down, whereupon Hans Werner Graf von Tiele-Winckler rebuilt the castle in neo-baroque style. After 1945, the castle served as apartments, administrative offices, a cinema, a children's home, and a village shop. It has been vacant since 1990.
