- 1577 - 1945 owned by the von Nostitz family
- 1595 Construction of the castle, followed by multiple renovations
- 1898/1899 Addition of an east wing
- 19th century Renovation of the farmyard
- 1774 Construction of the inspector's house, reconstruction in 1858 after a fire
- After 1945 Kindergarten, school and residential building
- 1990 Purchase of large parts of the estate and lands by Hans-Caspar von Wiedebach und Nostitz-Jänkendorf and later his widow
- 2002 The castle and the remaining manor came into the possession of Michael Freiherr von Schacky
