Zeil Castle is the residence of the descendants of the Princes of Waldburg-Zeil in Leutkirch im Allgäu.

The castle's location at 752 m on the glacial terminal moraine was already settled in the Hallstatt period. In the Middle Ages, a small castle was built by the Truchsesses of Waldburg, which was demolished in 1598. Under Truchsess Froben von Waldburg-Zeil, the current four-winged Renaissance castle was built from 1599 to 1614. He had previously had a church and a house monastery built. The surrounding Renaissance garden was adapted to the taste of the respective era in the Baroque period, in the 19th century, and in the 20th century, but has been altered back to the Renaissance style since the 1930s.

In the inner courtyard of the castle, there is a fountain created by Maximilian Rueß between 1982 and 1989.

The castle, used as the family's private residence and by the property management, cannot be visited. However, the park and the viewing terrace are accessible to the public all year round. The majority of the castle is rented out as individual residential units.

Part of the castle complex is the parish church of St. Maria. Zeil Castle is also an officially designated district of the city of Leutkirch im Allgäu.
