Falkenstein Castle
The landmark of Niedergösgen is the imposing castle church, built in 1904 in the Neo-Baroque style on the site of the former castle, destroyed by the French in 1798. The former castle tower, rebuilt and adapted to its new purpose, serves as the church tower. The building is under federal monument protection. Nearby stands the Christian Catholic Church of Saint Anton, built as a castle chapel from 1659 to 1663. Several outbuildings, which now serve as the municipal administration, and parts of the former enclosing wall are preserved. In Mülidorf, there is a granary from the 17th century.
