Shanmuckinish Castle
Shanmuckinish Castle was built in the 15th Century and was 1580 owned by O'Loghlen. 1625 transferred the ownership to Owney O'Loghlen, 1720 to Uaithne Mor O'Lochlainn and 1836 to Major Kirwan, who restored the castle.
