Burkhardswalde Manor

The Burkhardswalde Estate emerged from an old fortification from the 14th century. At the beginning of the 20th century, the Döring family owned the estate. In 1945, unlike most estate owners, they were initially not dispossessed by the communists. However, in 1953, the family was expelled. After this, the property was used as an LPG administration building, residential house, and kindergarten. In 2000, the estate was returned to the Döring family.
