Stenbocksches Palace

The Stenbock Palace (Swedish: Stenbockska palatset) at Birger Jarls Torg 4 on the island of Riddarholmen in Stockholm was built in 1640 for Fredrik Stenbock and his wife Katarina De la Gardie. From 1969–1971, the palace was renovated by the Supreme Administrative Court, which is now the user of the building.
The architect was Nicodemus Tessin the Elder, and Carl Hårleman was responsible for the interior design.
