History+
The first documented mention of Vorhelm Castle dates back to the 14th century, when it was owned by the Lords of Torck. At the beginning of the 18th century, ownership changed, and the Counts Droste zu Vischering took over the estate. Since 1974, the castle has been owned by the family of the Imperial Counts of Schall-Riaucour.
