The Zobel'scher Hof was built in 1724 by Balthasar Neumann for the Master of the Horse von Zobel. At the end of the 18th century, the property was donated by Adam Joseph Hueber as a hospital for poor servants. During the senseless bombing of Würzburg in 1945, the building was severely damaged.
